We embrace the challenge of sustainability by continually improving our carpet ranges and production processes to minimise environmental impact.Our sustainability improvements for all Tessera collections include:• Increasing recycled contentBy challenging the way tufted carpet tiles are made, all Tessera carpet tiles contain at least 60% recycled content. For some ranges, this percentage is even higher due to the use of yarn regenerated from recycled material.• Only using renewable energyThe energy used to produce Tessera carpet tiles is from 100% renewable sources such as wind and biogas, ensuring zero carbon impact during the manufacturing process. • Helping to reduce wasteTypical broadloom flooring solutions will produce around 8% installation waste. Modular flooring, like our Tessera ranges, will reduce this by around 50%, to 4%.
